F – 5am work 6m in 814s (8 degrees)

       4pm Pinnacle PT then 5 miles on the treadmill including 6x400 with 400 rest

S – 630am 10m with D-la (Petey on the bike) in 845s

      10am 3m in 929s

S – 730am 3m warm-up, another mile, 5 mile race, 3 mile warm-down
