Cautious Doctor

Ugh. Saw the Dr. today and he wants me out for "at least" another 6 weeks AND no biking.

The only positive I got today was that I didn't feel too bad testing out running in the water at Stiles pond in Boxford. The true test will be if I can handle the cold in late October. Time will tell...
