Just a quick results posting. Double-j and I almost missed the race as they combined the men and women into one heat and we didn't hear about it until about 3 minutes to the start! Mad scramble to get on racing flats and get to the line. More about this later, gotta post the Rivah results first.

Solid effort! You must be happy I saw where you seeded yourself at 16:40 and beat that by a health margin. What where your splits?

I'm totally wiped out. Fun but exhausting day. Great run by you at the River! Only Dan and Kevin Retelle have ever run faster than you ran today.
