Four miles

I guess four miles isn't that popular a distance.  I've only raced it ten times.  I thought I'd bagged a 40+ pr on New Years Day with my 22:22 at Salem, MA but missed my Sapienza time from a couple of years ago.  I guess I can take it as a 45-49 PR :-)
