Week Ending 05-15-11
After 7 weeks at 80 or more miles per week I decided an “easy” week would make sense. We (me, Dan, and Craig) also shifted from doing 400’s to 1,000’s on the track. All in all it made for a good week with 70 miles, one workout and no races.

Th – Lunch 4 in 26:08, PM track workout 3x1000m @ 314-320
F – 7:30 AM Winni 5 with Robert in 37:18. 11:30 AM out/back 5 at the River in 37:32.
S – 5:00 AM Industrial Park 5 with Robert in 37:30. 8:30 AM Winni 5 in 32:47 (!!!!)
S – 7:30 AM 2 x Winni 5 with big group in 74:39
