The price you pay

This has been a tough week.  I had a lot of time to think during my VERY slow running.  It really comes down to choosing when and where you race.  My weakness is wanting to race EVERYWHERE all the time.  I knew last month that doing the Grand Prix 5k 30 hours before Mt Washington was a bad idea, but I wanted to run both.  This month I had to choose again between Mountain racing and road racing.  The Mountain race went well but I'm paying the price.

This week at lunch:
Monday - 10:00 pace

Tuesday - 9:07 pace
Wed - 8:41 pace
Thurs - 8:05 pace
Friday - 7:33 pace

I'm putting the over-under for the Carver 5m at 35:00.  It is gonna be ugly.

I was enjoying myself after 1 lap at Cranmore
