Long runs

I can still remember when 10 miles was a typical run, but that hasn't been for a few years...

I’ve only run over 10 miles 15 times this year but I’ve stepped it up at bit with 6 “long” runs in September/October.  My final race of the year will be the Manchester marathon (11/06) so I’m hoping to put in a few more decent runs leading up to that.
