Bromley fire tower

Bromley is the next to last fire tower in VT that I needed to visit to complete the list.  I headed up to Peru and decided to park at Bromley ski area for a slightly longer run.  I wanted to finish coming down the ski area rather than an out/back run on the long trail.

The ski area was socked in when I got there and temps were a comfortable 65 degrees.  I headed down route 11 for 2 miles then caught the Long Trail.  The 3 mile run to the summit was nice, mostly good footing and 1,500 feet of climb.  No view from the top and sadly no fire tower (it was removed in 2012).  Oh, well still a nice morning run!
