Last week tied my biggest week of biking. I’m pretty sure it was my most hours of cross-training (25.5 hours) but I could be off on that. In the past I would rotate from bike, rowing, Elliptical, and water running. This injury so far I’ve really only been able to bike (and outside water running is a non-starter this time of year!). I think I’ll top my mileage and hours this week and I’ve still got a long way to go until I can start running again.
