Week Ending 04-29-12

My last “big” week for a while, I’m getting close to the important races.  Hopefully the miles I’ve put in the bank will carry me through the next 7 weeks.  I won’t drop way down but even 80 miles a week should seem (relatively) easy.  The mid-week workout felt good but by Saturday I felt a bit sluggish.
