Week Ending 06-03-12

My last "big" week...I hit 98 miles with one track workout and one longish moutainish race.  Next up two easy weeks and hopefully a masters PR at 10k and Mt Washington.

M - 430am sunrise run up Kearsarge 8m round trip in 1:21:45
      later am nice relaxing 4m out/back in 29:39

T - Lunch loops 4 in 28:09
      PM out/back 8 on the River trail in 58:26

W - 415am Industrial park 6 in 43:00
       Lunch 4 in 27:46
       PM track workout 5x1km in 3:17-3:20

Th - 430am Ind Pk 6 in 45:26
        Lunch loop 4 in 28:24
        PM Dan's woods 6 in 40:10

F - Lunch 4 in 28:26
      PM Winnekenni 6 in 42:36

Sat - Pelham NH 3++ warm-up with Dan in 27:08, 2m during the race in 14:54, 3+ warmdown in 26:21
         Later am nice relaxing 4m in 35:54

Sun - 3 warm-up in Wilton NH, 1m more but no strides, 10 mile mountain race in 66:37, 2 warmdown in 21:11.
