Week Ending 07-08-12

After two weeks of high mileage I dropped down to 89 miles this week and raced twice.  I'm pretty happy with the results, a decent race at Chelmsford and my best finish in a mountain series race so far this year.  Next up: hit the track and bag some peaks!

Sun - 3 warm-up, another 2m with strides, 5.1 mile mountain race up Loon Mountain, 1/2 mile to Gondolla then 3 more at the base
