This was my second full week back running and with the
Government shut-down it was easy to continue doing alternative workouts as
well. I'm slowly easing my mileage back
up with no set timeframe on when I'll get back to "normal" volumes. I'm still having trouble with a glute muscle
but otherwise everything seems to be feeling okay. Onward!
