Well September wasn’t a bad month. I had some calf issues
but it didn’t stop me from increasing my mileage. I’ve done my last ElliptiGo
ride of the year (unless I get injured again) and that opens up more time for
RUNNING! Four triples (3 runs in a day) ties my most for a month this year.
