Week Ending 03-15-15
Not a good week. My foot and ankle swelled up badly after
the weekend and I knew it was not good. After two days off I started back
running tentatively on what felt like a badly sprained ankle. On Thursday I saw
my (excellent) podiatrist and got a cortisone shot..along with 2 weeks off for
the reinjured ankle/foot.
M – Ice, ice, and more ice
T – See Monday
W – 4 miles at lunch in 37:05
Th – 5m at lunch 39:57 thought it felt a bit better.
F – AM Bike 45, Lunch Bike 45, PM Bike 30, Row 15, Go 15
Sat – AM Bike 1:30, Go 30, and Row 30
Sun – AM Row 45 and Go 45, late morning Mountain bike on the
New Bedford 13.1 mile 53 minutes

Run – 9 miles
Bike – 70 miles
Row – 12 miles
Go – 22 miles
