I closed out the month with an 80 mile week and a return to the indoor track.

PM Methuen rail trail 5 in 41:09

Tues – Lunch out/back 7 in 51:19
PM out/back Methuen rail trail 4

Wed – Morning Dr. appointment then Ghost train trail 12 mile in 1:25:27

Thurs – Lunch 7 (Shawsheen) in 54:14, a bit sore from yesterday
PM Haggets pond 5 in 39:41

Fri – Lunch 7 with Doug in 55:31
PM out/back 3 in Reading 24:31

Sat – Cranberry bog 8 with Petey and D-la in 1:16:38
PM nice relaxing 3 in 27:00

Sun – 3 warm-up on the Providence track, then 1 m with strides,  into 5,000 in 17:26, then 4 warm-down
