Week Ending 04-10-16
Things went a lot better than expected this week. The
quad injury is healing faster than expected (maybe it was a 1st
degree instead of a 2nd degree). I cautiously started running on
Friday while at Pinnacle physical therapy.
I ended up with 19:15 of workouts during the week, Biking
10 hours, ElligtiGo 4:45, hike 3:01, and run 1:30.
