Sat - 5 on the Freeman rail trail with D-la, Petey, & Spence 44:43
         Later out/back 4 on the Londonderry rail trail 32:37

Sun - 5 in Lowell along the river 41:20
          Later 3 in Methuen with Dan warm-down from Mill City relay 27:44
