I got in 96 miles this week which was my
highest week since December 2014. I’ve been on an 80 mile per week limit
for the last 2 years, but got a little flexibility for the final 8 weeks of
this year (to help me with my goal of winning the “Hike 125” challenge).
Anyway, it was a decent week despite no electricity for a good chunk of it and
a left ankle that has been hollering at me since the marathon.
