Salisbury, Amesbury & Newburyport run

I had some time after my nearly 3 hours getting MRIs for my back so I chose the multiple bike paths in Salisbury, Amesbury, and Newburyport.  I figured this would be a fun loop that I've done in parts but never the whole thing.  It was hot (80s) and humid so I did the loop counter-clockwise so I'd have the last 2 miles in the shade.  The 10 mile loop featured the Garrison Trail, Clipper Trail, Old Eastern Marsh Trail, and the Ghost Train trail.  All of the trails were paved except for the Ghost Train (1.7 miles) which is nicely packed dirt.  The loop included about 3 miles (total) of road.
