Tennessee day 3 - final part

After the high of our final tri-point we headed to Lookout Mountain.  We parked at the "Eagles Nest" and Eric took off for a run while I worked on hiking to the top (and back).  I was a little worried when I reached a sign after 2.2 miles of hiking that said I should give another 2 hours to get to the summit and back from that point!  Yikes!  I was happy to find that I was able to reach the top in another 30 minutes.  I spent a little time on top then headed back.  In all I got in a 7.7 mile hike in a little over 2 hours.  We finished the day working on putting away the dozen donuts!
