Week Ending 01-26-20


A little more mileage this week which means a little less biking.  Did double-run days during the week (all short runs) and alternated faster runs at lunch and slow runs in the afternoon. 44 miles running and 310 biking.

        930am 4m run including a visit to the MA/RI/CT tri-state point
        Noon bike 1 hour = 24.4 miles

         9am GSRT group run 9 miles in 913s
