My back, hip, groin, and quad all gave me fits this week. May all be tied into my ankle or still with my sacrum? Hard to say. Seems like straight-ahead flat running on the treadmill is the least stressful, but boy is it boring. A bit tired this week as VITA started so I’m volunteering on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4-6pm.
