Week Ending 04/19/20

I'm trying to keep a level head and the best way for me to do that is by running.  The 92 miles for this week is the most I've done since May of last year.  I'm feeling pretty good.  My ankle is pretty lousy but that is nothing new, keeping up on the icing is key.  I did a mid-week workout but it was not what I hoped for, I think my recovery from the Sunday migraine took longer than I thought.

       3pm Winni 5 with alone in 751s!

Sat - 6am 11 miles on the Northern Rail trail with Tim, Ernie, and Scott in 751s
        930am 5 more nice miles in 917s

Sun - 630am 3 on my own right into 7 more with D-la (and Petey on the bike) 10 in 817s
