This May with 409 miles was my biggest month since October of 2014. That makes sense since November of 2014 was when I met with my PT (Bob Worden) and worked out a mileage cap (80 mpw). I’ve been very good about sticking to the cap. August of 2018 featured a really big week when I ran the Wonderland trail. May of 2020 was high because I was working from home and kind of got into a nice groove of running three (relatively) short runs per day. My ankle took a beating (which is why we originally came up with the mileage cap) so I’ll take a it down a notch for June and hopefully mix back in some biking.
