Feeling good right up until I wasn't. Thursday morning run had me with a sore bum (upper glute). It bothers me now and then but Thursday was much worse. I took it easy in the afternoon and hoped for the best for the Saturday morning race. Made it through the New England 10 mile championships but my glute is tender. Might be time to get some PT on it. Ice, anti-inflams, ultrasound and light stretching haven't had any impact (although it has only been a few days).
