I've been doing a LOT of biking during this recovery. Nine of the 20 longest rides I've done have been over the last month (including 7 of the top 11). Obviously, it is a lot easier to bike in the basement but I'm still putting in a lot of time. If I were outdoors I'd only get about 75% of the distance. I've just been getting on the bike and keeping it steady at 100 RPM and my pulse in the 120 range. Hopefully this will translate into some sort of fitness when I start running again.
