Week ending 07/03/22

Another decent week with 84 miles and a little track workout.  I needed to get some leg-turnover as everything I've been doing has been "mountain" based so grinding it out but not moving quickly.  I closed out June with 363 miles which was my second biggest month this year.

Monday - Return to office day and busy week of work.  Muggy, muggy, muggy. 6m at 430am and 6m at 930am.

Tuesday - Saw the International Space Station on my way out the door for my morning run. 5m at 430am and 6m at 930am.

Wednesday - Still sticky, been tired from working 530am-6pm.  430am 5m and 945am 7m (buggy in the woods of Ballardvale).

Thursday - 420am 5m on the rail trail then 1pm track workout at Andover High School.  Hot and humid and breezy.  Felt lousy.  Hoped to run "low 80s" for four quarters.  Ran 83.4, 82.9, 82.6, 81.3.

Friday - Out of work early to make up for time I'd stayed extra this week.  430am 5m and 1125am 6m.

Saturday - Freeman rail trail with Petey (bike) and D-la, still sticky but not as hot.  Later a very nice (although still sticky) 4m.

Sunday - Narrow gauge and reformatory branch rail trail run.  Out/back 10 mile on my own.  A little buggy.
