Week Ending 11/13/22

This was an interesting week as I'm on vacation for two weeks.  I can't recall the last time I've had a vacation that was more than a week.  Oddly I have NOTHING to do, so that means some bigger miles.  I definitely had trouble keeping to my 80 mile per week cap getting 94 miles this week.  Most of that was in the first four days while I was down in CT running in as many towns as possible. I had a lot of fun visiting a couple of NH firetowers (one I'd been to once before and the other which is NEW and visited for the first time). I finished out the week with a return to racing on the roads (only my 14th road race of the year and my 28th overall), it was also only my second road race since July (I've been focused on cross-country).  The race went well and I'll be returning to CT next week and to XC racing again VERY soon ;-)
