This was my final long weekend of the year (well, the last one that I get using vacation time). I used it to finish up running in all cities/towns in CT. It made for a funny week with big miles on Monday then barely any running Tuesday - Thursday and then back to bigger miles on Friday - Sunday. Eric Morse joined me for the final few runs which was a lot of fun. No workouts this week and trying to get over a nasty cold. Big race coming up this weekend!!!
