This weekend I
completed my fourth longest ride ever, and my only ride over 100 miles that
featured a mix of the Spin bike and the ElliptiGo. With the rain coming
down, I thought it’d be best to ride in the basement. I started with 15
minutes on the Go, then onto the bike for 4 hours, then back on the Go for a
final 15 minutes. The 4.5 hours is my longest indoor ride.
