8 of my top 25 bike
weeks are during this “injury cycle”. I’m hoping that ends soon.
They’d all be closer to my top 10 if I just rode on the Spin bike, the
ElliptiGo is slower and I’m not counting “mileage” on the Elliptical (at least
2.5 hours per week).
