Week Ending 07/09/23

 Onward.  Another week of slowly increasing miles run and decreasing biking.  I decided to mix in doubles every-other-day to get some higher miles with less physical stress.  Hamstring has been feeling fine but shins, ankles, glutes, all taking a pounding from running again.  I ended up with 40 miles running along with 119 miles (8.5 hours) on the ElliptiGo and 175.7 miles (11 hours) on the bike.  Totaled 19.5 hours bike/Go and another 6 hours of running for a grand total of 25.5 hours for the week.

 


Last 10 weeks (oldest to newest) – pretty consistent, just getting lower since running is worth 2-4 times as much as biking…
