Strange week with an MRI, MRI results, and a shift in plans. With the diagnosis of a stress response I'll dial it back for 3 weeks. So, the plan is to bike and hour, then run, then run at lunch, and finally bike again for an hour in the afternoon. Time will tell if that will work.
This week I ran 53 miles.
I hit a total of 240 miles on the bike (12:07) and had 1:03 of water running.
So grand total for the week was 20:29.
