First week of vacation in the books. I stayed busy this week with 87 miles of running and 5 hours of biking. I also logged about 2500 miles of driving. Along the way I ran on 19 rail trails in MA, ME, NY, PA, OH, and IN. Highlights were the biking which started and ended the week!
