I made it safely to Crans-Montana. Beautiful location for a mountain running championship.
Great strong coffee this morning!
The men checked out the course yesterday afternoon and the juniors will be going out today. The runners will have to be strong over varied terrain and sections that are flat to 20% grades.
It rained yesterday and a bit this morning so the course may be a bit damp.
My back was pretty sore yesterday with all of the travel, but not so bad this morn after a good night sleep.
