Mountain running world championships

My flight got canceled so I'm still in the states. Heading out tonight. I'll be managing the Junior team (under the age of 20) at the World's. Here is a preview of the team:
Alexandra Dunne (age 17) San Clemente CA - Alex will be running her first mountain championship, she recently started her senior year in High School. She has personal bests that include 17:48 for 5 km, 10:28 for 2m, and 4:54 for the mile.
Yasmine White (age 19) Alcarta CA - Yasmine will be running her first mountain championship, she just started her sophomore year at Bowdoin College. She has personal bests that include 17:58 for 5 km, 10:50 for 2m, and 5:09 for the mile.
The young ladies will race over a 4.7 km course that climbs just under 1,000'.
Levi Grandt (age 19) West Union, WV - Levi will be running in his first mountain championship. Levi started his freshman year at the Univ. of Richmond. His PR's inclde 15:11 for 5 km, 9:22 for 2m, and 4:26 for the mile.
Tim Smith (age 18) Roanoke, VA - Tim will be running in his first mountain championship, and also started his freshman year at the Univ. of Richmond. His PR's include 15:28 for 5 km, 9:16 for 2m, and 4:17 for the mile.
Paul Peterson (age 16) Broomfield, CO - Paul will be running in his first mountain championship. He recently started his junior year at Legacy High School. Paul was the 1st junior at the 2008 USATF trail championships. He has PR's of 17:56 for 5 km, 10:20 for 2m, and 4:50 for the mile.

Jon Stevens (age 18) Minturn, CO - Jon will be running in his third mountian championship. He just started his freshman year at the University of Colorado. His PR's include 15:46 for 5 km, 9:18 for 2m, and 4:25 for the mile.

The young men will compete over 8.4 km with 2,200' of climb.
