My ankle started bothering me last Friday (before I started back running). I saw my podiatrist today and have some tendonitis. Not uncommon for me as I've had it in this tendon before. It just seemed weird as I alway associate injuries with running and this flaired (or is it flared) up while I was on the injured-reserve. I guess a couple of hours a day biking and an hour walking (really fast) on the treadmill can mess you up as well.

Got the foot taped and taking anti-inflams. Felt good while running today. 3m at Winni in 22:05. Still some soreness in my hamstrings but nothing major. Taking it slowly.....
