PM at Dan’s work, Bird Sanctuary 6 with Dan and Greg P – 43:54
Wed – Lunch run o/b 6 in 42:34 hands frozen, rain and 45 degrees
PM at Dan’s work, Bird Sanctuary 6 with Dan and double-j – 41:22
Thur – Out at 11am to get my rotator cuff PT. 1pm 2m on my own then 10 with double-j looping Winni, total 86:36.
Fri – lunch run 6 on treadmill sped up every 1 minute to sub 6 pace – 39:58
PM Winni 6 with Ken T – 42:40
Sat – Winni loop from Dan’s house – 76:05
