Another with with 60+ miles and another week with continued plantar fascia problems. Time to back off and hopefully get this thing to feel better.

M - Sore from 10km race. Lunch 4 on treadmill 3005. PM 5m at Winni with Robert 3815.
T - 3 in Morn on treadmill 2229. Lunch 2 alone then 4 with Jack 4746. Massage in afternoon.
W - 3 on treadmill at lunch 2201. PM Mine Falls 6 alone 4702.
Th- Lunch 4 with Jack 3307. PM 5 at Dan's with Dan and Robert 3737.
F - 4 on treadmill at lunch 2921. PM Winni 5 with Robert and Ken T 3647.
Sat - 15+ roundtrip up and down Mt Marcy with Robert and Eric 4:36.
Sun - 6 rt with Eric and Robert up/down Cascade and Porter Mtn (2:44) and then Belfry mtn fire tower.
