U.S. & World

Even though I'm injured I'm making big plans for later this year. I just entered the Mt Ashland hill climb (and booked my flight), and I want to run in a couple of the US national championships. I'm hoping to peak for the Lithia Loop marathon (16th place/4th master last year), but also want to do the 15km trail champs and the 10km trail champs. I'm hoping to rebound quickly and get some decent training in by July. Without hope what do you have?
