Day one
I got out of the boot and started biking yesterday. It has been 17 days since the plantar surgery and I'm glad to be finally walking again. Felt good to be on the bike. I did one hour in the morning (indoors) and one hour in the afternoon (outdoors). I'm not sure why I look puzzled/confused in the picture...it was great to be outside and working out.

I think that's old age. Good to see you back at it.
not sure about "confused" but the lack of facial hair looks to put you in a younger age group.
