I planned to drop down a bit this week and still hit 80 miles. Maybe I'll drop a bit lower next week or maybe I'll wait until the days leading up to Mt Washington. Feeling pretty good, despite a bit of a flare-up from my Plantar Fascia.
M - 8 in the morning, part with Petey and part alone in 64:03, then an hour later 2 x 3.1 mile loop at Winnekenni in 47:48.
T - 4:15am Industrial park 5 in 35:10, PM track workout with Dan = 3x1km @ 313,313,309.
W - 415am Industrial park 5 in 36:43, 6:45PM out/back on the river 5m in 37:19 (may be the latest I've done a training run this year).
Th - 415am Industrial park 5 in 34:45. Lunch run in Lowell on rail trail out/back 5 in 35:55
F - 415am Industrial park 5 in 33:39 (fastest this year), Lunch run 4 in 27:35. PM Dan's woods 5 in 36:35
S - 7am Winnekenni alone, 5m loop right into new 3+++ loop. Total 62:15
S - 3 warm-up, 1m of strides, 5km race in 16:36, 3 mile warm-down
