Dome workout

Another week and another solid workout at the Dome with Dan.  It is a huge help having someone to work with on these.  We alternate the lead on each interval so the workout goes by pretty quickly.  This week was another pyramid (same as the one we did on 01-31).  I was surprised to feel pretty good considering the 3 races on Sunday.  We ended up running slightly faster than 3 weeks ago and our rest was also slightly less.
