Week ending 04-08-12

I took it very easy this week, dropping over 20 miles off my total and doing no triples.  I was overdue for an easy week and I wanted to run the half-marathon at a good clip.  Not a bad week with 87 miles, a race, and a workout.

Sun - 3 with Mike Q at Winni 24:23 then 10 minutes break and into 8 more with group 63:55
