I tried to take it easy this week and give my calf and PF a break.  Feeling better as the week rolled on.  Had a lot of fun with a 1,000 of driving bagging three state high points with Eric on Friday and Saturday.

     3pm 7- miles in Florida at the state high point and second highest point in FL, 5 summits! 50:02
 
S - 8am 7- at Woodall mountain out/back including 3 ascents of the MS state high point. 50:15
     1pm 7- at Cheaha mountain out/back including 2 ascent of the AL state high point. 51:53

S - 330am 6 miles in Atlanta out/back near the airport in 45:43

      Afternoon 6 miles on trail at Oak Hill 48:12
