The secret to racing well!

Two step program to race well.
1. Stay healthy
2. train
I have been lucky enough to be relatively healthy for a good long stretch.  The last day off I took was exactly 6 months (26 weeks) ago.  In that stretch of 26 weeks I only had 2 weeks under 90 and ran a total of 2501 miles.  That comes out to a little more than 96 miles per week.  I've never had a problem with getting out there and training (if I'm healthy) and it has definitely paid off.  Here's to 6 more months!
