Bedford 12k - my history

This weekend I’ll be taking on the Bedford Rotary 12k for the 10^th time in the last 19 years.  Six times I raced it as part of the USATF NE grand prix series.  This year it isn’t part of the series but it is one of the races in the New Hampshire grand prix.  I’m hoping my calf will be okay and I can take a shot at my masters PR (41:45)
