Week Ending 10-06-13

Well, this was my first full week of running since taking 4 weeks off with a hamstring tear.  The week went reasonably well, no major issues.  I reduced the amount of cross-training as I added to the running miles.  A minor set-back on Saturday...issues with a glute muscle.
