July

1,100 mile month

Well, it wasn’t the month I’d hoped for but I got it done.  My goal had been to make it to the U.S. Mountain running championships and then take time off (from running).  I kept busy during those three weeks but if it isn’t running it just doesn’t do it for me.

I ended up with a grand total of 93.75 hours of workouts for the month which worked out to just over 3 hours per day.

Here is the breakdown:
Bike – 706 miles in 41.5 hours
ElliptiGo – 335 miles
Row – 52 miles in 7 hours
Water run – 1 hour
Paddle – 30 minutes
Hike – 26.3 miles
